Render library
Find, compare, organize, and deliver every image or video produced in your workspace.
The render library is the record of finished production. Each image or video stays connected to its project, source view, status, and derivative versions, so you can review the exact result instead of searching through exports.
Find the right output
Open Renders from the workspace navigation. Use search, type filters, favorites, and sorting to narrow the library. A render card identifies the output and the project it came from.
Open a card to inspect the full-resolution result and the actions available for that media type.
Understand the states
| State | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Queued | The request is waiting for production capacity. | Keep working or return later. |
| Rendering | Glossi is producing the requested capture. | Leave the page open or close it. Progress is stored. |
| Complete | The output is ready to inspect and download. | Review the result before delivery. |
| Failed | That capture did not complete. | Open the job, inspect the failure, and retry supported work. |
| Cancelled | The request was stopped before completion. | Start a new render when the setup is ready. |
A request with several angles or clips can contain a mix of completed and failed captures. Glossi preserves finished captures during supported recovery paths, so you can retry the interrupted work without discarding every successful result.
Review a result
Open a completed render to:
- inspect it at a useful scale
- confirm the expected product, view, finish, and framing
- move between related versions
- download the current file
- start an AI edit for supported media
- comment on an exact region with authenticated collaborators
The displayed version matters. A comment, comparison, or download should always refer to the version currently selected in the viewer.
Work with versions
AI edits and other supported derivatives appear as versions related to the original render. Use version history to compare a candidate with its source, return to an earlier result, or remove an unwanted derivative without deleting the original production render.

Download and deliver
Download an individual result from its detail view. Where the library exposes bulk selection, select several renders to download them together.
Download links are time-bound. If a saved link expires, return to the render library and request the file again.
For repeat delivery to another system, use an automation connector, a signed webhook, or the Glossi API.
Keep the library useful
- Name projects for the product and intended content set.
- Name saved angles and clips for the view they produce.
- Favorite accepted outputs rather than every candidate.
- Keep derivatives attached to their source instead of exporting each attempt into a separate folder.
The result is a production history you can understand months later, not a pile of anonymous files.
