Your Glossi workspace
Your workspace is the operating layer around Glossi Studio. It holds the product inputs, creative setups, finished outputs, reusable assets, and access controls that make production repeatable.
Follow the work from input to output
Models
Models contains the prepared product assets used in projects. Open it to upload a 3D file, generate a starting model from photos, browse available samples, inspect processing state, or manage a model you already use.
A model can carry more than geometry. Its prepared scale, parts, material groups, modeled options, poses, and supported configurations make the next project easier to direct.
Projects
Projects contains the working 3D scenes. A project connects one or more product models with the materials, lighting, backdrop, props, cameras, image angles, and video clips used to express them.
Open a project when you need direct control in Studio. The project remains editable after the first render, so a useful scene can evolve instead of being rebuilt.
Templates
Templates preserves an approved project setup for reuse. A template can carry the scene, lighting, cameras, saved angles, clips, and other supported production state into a new project.
Use a template when consistency matters more than rediscovering the setup. Version and lock shared templates according to the controls available in your workspace.

Renders
Renders is the workspace record of produced images and video. Use it to inspect job state, open a finished output, compare related versions, review comments, download a file, or begin a supported AI edit.
Asset library
The Library holds reusable models, materials, props, templates, and AI Styles. Use it to manage the assets themselves. Choose and apply them from the workflow where they are needed.

Workspace access and usage
Workspace settings control members, invitations, plan access, and the production capabilities exposed to the account. Organization-level reporting and service controls depend on role and plan.
API keys belong to service-to-service workflows. Restrict, rotate, expire, and revoke them like any production credential.
Access restrictions (Enterprise plans, workspace owners only, under Settings → Workspace) limit where the workspace can be reached from: a list of allowed countries, a list of allowed IP ranges, or both. Leave a field empty for no restriction. They apply to everyone in the workspace and to its API keys. You can't lock yourself out: Glossi refuses to save a list that excludes the network or country you are saving from. Someone who is refused sees a blocked page that lets them open any other workspace they belong to.
Auto-render new uploads (also under Settings → Workspace) renders every model that finishes processing with the template you choose. It is one switch that creates and pauses an automation named "Auto-render new uploads", which you can also open and edit under Automations.
Properties define the dimensions your library is organised by (Season, Category, Line). See Organize models with properties.
A useful operating pattern
- Prepare a real product model.
- Direct one accepted result in Studio.
- Save the approved setup as a template.
- Apply it to a second product with Quick Render.
- Move stable work into an automation or API workflow only after the result is understood.
This sequence proves creative control before production scale.
