Workspace Overview

Your Glossi Workspace is the command center for all your 3D visualization activities—where you'll organize, create, and manage your entire visualization pipeline from start to finish.

The Workspace is your personalized dashboard that serves as the launching point for all Glossi activities. Think of it as mission control for your 3D visualization projects—a centralized hub where everything is organized and accessible.

Your Workspace organizes four critical elements:

These are your uploaded 3D files—the digital representations of your products that serve as the foundation for all visualizations. Models are your source assets that can be used across multiple projects. The Models section allows you to:

  • Upload and manage your 3D asset library

  • View processing status and preview thumbnails

  • Organize models with and assign variants

Projects are your creative visualization environments built around specific models. Each project is essentially a virtual photo/video shoot where you'll:

  • Apply templates and creative direction

  • Configure lighting, materials, and camera angles

  • Create both still images and video content

  • Save creative decisions for future reference

A single model can be used in multiple projects, allowing you to create different visual presentations of the same product without duplicating assets.

Templates and Shot Lists work together to transform one-off creative work into scalable production processes:

  • Templates capture complete visualization setups (lighting, cameras, environments)

  • Shot Lists automate template application across multiple models simultaneously

  • Together they ensure brand consistency while dramatically reducing production time

  • Enterprise teams can establish standard views across entire product categories

This powerful combination allows creative decisions to be made once and applied repeatedly, turning hours of manual setup into minutes of automated production.

The final, high-resolution assets produced from your projects. The Exports section provides:

  • Access to all rendered images and videos

  • Download capabilities in various formats
